is an online group session that is aimed to provide an emotionally secure-based place for the participants who have similar experiences to support and encourage each other. Not only sharing our experiences, but we also receive guidance, feedback, and useful tips to help us overcome the struggles better.

What will you do in Support Group?
- Come and share your experience, story, or problem regarding the topic
- Share your opinions or thoughts as long as it remains respectful to others
- Receive a summary and guidance, feedback, or useful tips from the facilitator
Support Group will be hosted by a trusted facilitator.
There are two weekly sessions within a month with a duration
90 to 120 minutes for each session.
